We pride ourselves on providing 100% satisfaction to all our customers. If you are not happy with your item for any reason, just return it within 2 business weeks and your money will be refunded, minus shipping fees. No refunds can be given after 2 business weeks. Returned items must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Repairs: We can repair any of our items for a fee not less than $5 plus return shipping charges. If the item is determined to be defective, we will waive the fee and return shipping charges. Please contact us for more information prior to returning any item for repair or replacement.
Returns: Please return all items in the original packaging, packaged securely, and include the invoice and reason for the return. Used items cannot be returned. Returns shipped COD will not be accepted. We are not responsible for returned packages which are lost in transit. Return shipping is not refundable.
Handmade Differences: All items are handmade, and slight differences may occur. While we do our best to match materials, shading, texture, and opacity differences may occur as they do in all-natural materials.
